We’re Seeking a Volunteer Company Secretary….
Asia Aid Limited (YourAid)
Asia Aid Limited is an Australian not-for-profit organisation working in partnership with our dedicated foreign partner, Karuna Children Cambodia Organisation (KCCO) to improve the lives of children and communities in Cambodia.
Through programs in education, dental care, water & sanitation (WASHH), and community development, we support children across Kampot, Kampong Speu and Takeo provinces, helping them achieve better health and education outcomes.
About the Role
We are seeking a Volunteer Company Secretary to support the governance and administration of the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Organising and supporting Board meetings (agenda, minutes, follow-ups)
Ensuring compliance with governance requirements
Managing reporting obligations with ACNC and ASIC
About You
Preferred experience:
Corporate governance or Company Secretary experience
Board support, meeting coordination, and minute-taking
Key skills:
Strong writing and communication skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Competent computer skills
