IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
BLCP HAS A NEW NAME……….
KARUNA CHIDLREN CAMBODIA ORGANISATION (KCCO)
Our new Logo
We are excited to share this wonderful news with you:
The Buddhist Library Cambodia Project (BLCP) is now called Karuna Children Cambodia Organisation (KCCO).
Why the change?
Over the years, our work has grown far beyond what our original name suggests. BLCP began as one of the projects under the umbrella of the Buddhist Library in Sydney, Australia, founded by the late Paget Sayers. While the name reflected our beginnings, it no longer captures the true scope of our work.
We are not just a library. Through your support, our projects have touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of children in Cambodia, providing clean water, oral health care, education, school infrastructure, and community assistance that have transformed entire communities, especially the lives of the children in Cambodia.
To better reflect who we are today and the breadth of what we do, we have adopted a new name: Karuna Children Cambodia Organisation (KCCO). “Karuna” means compassion, the value at the heart of everything we do.
What remains the same?
· Our mission and programs remain unchanged.
· Our commitment to improving the lives of children in Cambodia is stronger than ever.
· You’ll continue to see the same faces and dedication behind every project.
Under our new name, KCCO, we look forward to building an even stronger future together with your ongoing support, kindness, and encouragement.
Thank you for walking this journey with us. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of Cambodian children.
New name to better reflect what we do!
